Pretty interesting scene. The Little Girl with a that odd pet makes a strong story to tell. I like her ruffled dress and permed blond hair. Lots of contrasting colors. The background is lovely and dramatic. You've framed this well in this portrait orientation and this artwork can be a good book cover for fantasy stories. High on creativity.
