Ethnic Costumes or (Regalia)
The topic for this photography contest is costumes or regalia (clothing) that represents traditions of people of a specific ethnic or cultural group. People may be wearing the clothing or regalia may be presented another way. Please identify the type of clothing in artist notes. This is strictly traditional photography. It may be showin color, sepia (or its variations) or B & W.
The photograph submitted must somehow incorporates the topic and the photograph should clearly linked to the topic. Creatively presented approaches in the traditional genre are welcomed. Contest voters will be asked to consider the topic when voting for a winner.
This is strictly a photography contest. Conservative edits of photography using software is permitted. No digital art or traditional artwork should be submitted.
