MY SECOND SCULPTURE
Don't be shy - beginners and advanced - everyone is welcome to give this a try.
We had so many unique, unusual and creative entries in the "My Very First Sculpture" contest (Sheshadri's "Swords of Damocles" and Debby's "Huge Glow Worm" leap immediately to mind, LOL), that it would be nice to make this a regular thing? I don't know about you, but I am always inspired by other artist's creativity. So, with that in mind...
NO EXCUSES!
You do NOT need expensive art-store materials to do sculpture.
Here are some ideas from the last contest:

Driftwood (thank you, Cleo!)
Found objects (thank you, Doris!)
Play-Doh (thank you, MinoYasue!)
Food (thank you, Sheshadri & Suzi!)
Leaves, Twigs, Acorns & other natural things (thank you Helvi!)
Traditional materials are welcome, as well as more non-traditional:
Ice
Mud
Yarn
Rope
Soap
Sand
Coins
String
Bricks
Stones
Flowers
The possibilities are endless, as long as it's 3D and you made it specifically for THIS contest.

GET OUTSIDE YOUR COMFORT ZONE!
But, most of all: HAVE FUN! :)
I shouldn't have to say it, but:
NO 2D WORK ALLOWED FOR THIS CONTEST.
This means you can take a photograph of YOUR SCULPTURE (of course), but not a photograph of someone else's. YOU are the sculptor for this contest.
This is not a photography contest, so no one should be judging you on the merits of your photography.
Please include a brief description of how you created the work in your notes and please let us know if you had fun ;)
