Break the rules
The topic for this general photography contest is: Break the Rules.
Submit a photograph that somehow incorporates the topic. We have all learned the "rules" of good photography. These would be like proper exposure, clear focus, good composition, etc. So now is the time to go wild and break the rules of good photography. Expose 2 or 3 stops over or under good exposure. Shoot motion with a slow shutter speed. Blur the subject. It is up to you to be creative and so what you can do. The contest requires you to state what "rule(s)" you broke as part of your narrative. Go out and have fun and get crazy! The photograph should clearly be about the topic. Edits of photos are permitted. Creative approaches are welcomed. But contest voters will be asked to consider the topic when making a choice for a winner.
