What's In A Name???
The topic for this general photography contest is: WHAT's IN A NAME???
And soon we will find out the answer to that question (smile).
For this contest you must do the following.
1) Reserve a spot.
2) Give your entry a title. Your title will be your first Name. If it is William, please use William. Do not shorten it by going with Bill.
3) Take pictures of things that start with the letters of your first name.....but keep a theme of some kind in mind. For example, all the photos could be taken from items within your garage, or on a weekend trip to somewhere special, or an a shopping trip to the grocery store, or in your Man Cave, or within your apartment, or in your back yard, or at the beach, or on a hike, or at the airport, or on a vacation to the Bahamas. [Please mention this (where the photos were taken) in your long description).
4) Consolidate your pictures in a collage of your choice. Your collage will contain as many photos as your name is long.
5) Submit your collage. Be sure to mention (in your long description) what it is that you took pictures of.
6) Most of all, have fun on your journey locating things that start with letters in your first name.
The photographs should clearly be about the topic. Edits of photos are permitted. Creative approaches are welcomed. But contest voters will be asked to consider the topic when making a choice for a winner.
No digital art or traditional artwork should be submitted.
