The Subject Is Far Away
The topic for this general photography contest is THE SUBJECT IS FAR AWAY.
Submit a photograph that somehow incorporates the topic. The photograph should clearly be about the topic. For many reasons, photographers cannot always get close to the subject. Show us a photo with a well-focused subject that is in the distance. The subject can occupy no more than 10 percent of your overall photo. It might be a barn surrounded by wide landscape, or a bird in a distant tree, or a person in the far corner of a room. Keep it simple. The subject must be immediately apparent to the viewer. Edits of photos are permitted. Creative approaches are welcomed. But contest voters will be asked to consider the topic when making a choice for a winner.
No digital art or traditional artwork should be submitted.
Deadline: Contest is closed. Deadline was Friday, July 14, 2017.
