August 2018 Collage Challenge
The topic for this contest is: AUGUST 2018 COLLAGE CHALLENGE.
This is our eighth monthly collage challenge. Your collage must be completed during the month of August. However, NOT all photos must be taken during August, and yes, you may include one or two previously utilized photos.
For August you will be utilizing the letter P or Q. Your collage will contain not less than 3 and not more than 8 photos. You will select either a P or a Q and take photos of things beginning wit the letter you have selected. If you chose the letter P, for example, you make take photos of many different things beginning wit the letter P (price tag, pajamas, pork chop, porcupine) or many pictures of one thing beginning with the letter P (Purse). If you select one item, Purse for example, you will need to take pictures of different purses....not different pictures of just one purse, but one picture of different purses.
Your title can be anything but must include the Letter you selected. Also, somewhere within your submission, please indicate the date you completed your collage. And if you did for example, choose purse, include a little something about each of the purses (my grandmother's favorite, received for graduation, bought this one at an Estate Sale in 1997). If you decided to take pictures of many items, be sure to let us know in your artist/s notes what those items are.
You can create your collage any which way your little heart desires. It is totally up to you....frm the layout to the design to the backhgor5oudnd color....that is all up to you and of course please submit your entry by the deadline in order for it to be considered a part of this contest. The photos can be unedited or they can be a true mixed media....all up to you. JUST HAVE FUN and get your COLLAGE juices flowing.
The final result is to submit a collage containing at least 3 but no more than 8 photos. Creative approaches are welcomes. But contest voters will be asked to consider the topic when making a choice of a winner.
