The Question is not easy to answer. There are many things which could bring joy.
One of them is to see art on the street. There art is meeting city life more directly. People who do not pay much attention to museums and art galleries might be encouraged to do so. Children seem to love those displays. This sculpture reminds of Chihuly, but it is not one of his. That much I found out. Unfortunately I have not found out jet which artist made the glass art. The artist plaid seems to have gone missing or may it is not mounted jet.
