We headed down south of Adelaide today to Bashams Beach where a Southern Right mother and calf had been spotted earlier in the day. When we arrived there were lots of people both on the rocks and on the platform overlooking the beach. Unfortunately there was no sign of the whales at that time. We went further along the coastline in the hope of seeing something but no sightings.
