Artist Notes
I used to enjoy writing poem when I was very young, of course, in Japanese. So I have decided to attempt one for this painting. Please take easy on me for writing. English is my second language (and I am not so good at foreign language), and without full manipulation of the language, it is very difficult to write a poem. I am happy you just got a feel of what I try to express in the image through this primitive poem.

There is a path where the land and sky meet,
Which is a passage for the travelers from the past,
Who carry a bag full of memories,
Which travel with gentle wind.
Hear a song in the wind,
Let the melody echo with,
Faded memories in your heart.

Visit Monologue Art BiographyI am a geomatics / software engineer and always struggling to find a time for the artworks between my busy schedules. The art is my lifetime hobby and dream, but had not been quite persistent. In 2005, I had a near-death experience, but I somehow had pulled out of it. The incident could be fortunate, in a way, as my whole perspective toward life has somehow changed. I cannot stop feeling that I am still here for some reason, and it is my destiny to find it. As I am sure, at least, the art has been my passion throughout my life, I came to conclusion that I am left here to pursue my own creation, and doing so actively and diligently since.
