This picture is a little of a stretch for a Mixed Media entry. But it should count since there is a photo used for it.
The background was a picture of the sky with some clouds in the original.
[There is no snow in the Yucatan; so I needed a substitute.] The tree and the stars was painted with different art brushes on the sky and the new picture treaded wit different filters to get the mood of a winter night and the beautiful poem by James Russell Lowell.
The Progams used were Digital Image Suite 2006 and Pant Shop pro X2.
