I never had a nightmare. I apologize for stealing one from a song.
Dark Lady laughed and danced and lit the candles one by one
Danced to her gypsy music till her brew was done
Dark Lady played black magic till the clock stuck twelve
She told me more about me than I know myself

She dealt two cards, a queen and three
And mumbled some words that were so strange to me
Then she turned up a two-eyed jack,
My Eyes saw red but the card still stayed black
She said the man you love is secretly true
To someone else who is very close to you…”
The Dark Lady of the song's title is a fortune teller. The narrator of the song visits the fortuneteller and learns that her lover has been unfaithful. Back home she realizes the smell in her own bedroom as the Dark Lady’s perfume. She goes back to the fortune teller's place and catches her lover and the fortune teller "laughing and kissing". She shoots them both to death in a fit of rage.
Dark Lady was written by Jonny Durrill, the keyboard player of The Ventures, then recorded by Cher in 1974. It became a #1 hit in the same year, topping hit lists in USA, Canada and several European Countries.
The collage was merged from 9 photos, treaded with different filters and brushes. To describe the whole process would probably take two pages. I won’t you bore with it but feel free to ask if you are interested.
