Artist Notes
Its that time of year and I have woken up in a festive mood so decided to post a little Christmas scene. This is an edited version of a cosy winters night, I wasn't really happy with the swirls before so have introduced lots of little stars instead which I think works better.

This is one of the designs I have put together for Christmas card ideas, the plan of doing loads hasn't quite worked out but its a start.

Painted in acrylics and glitter. The stars were added on at a later date with the help of modern technology :)

I was bought up in Africa for the first 11 years of my life and have traveled extensively throughout. My travel experiences have influenced my artwork immensely, I am always picking up tips along the way of how to incorporate it into my art.

I have always painted from day dot, but it's only the last few years that I have tried to make a career out of it. I have been naturally lead into the world of illustrating children's books and thoroughly enjoying it. I have worked on a few books now and have come to realize that this is my calling. My aim with most of my work is to put a smile on peoples faces, and give my pieces, whether it is an illustration or a large painting, a happy vibe.

My artwork is colourful, decorative and whimsical. I have a great love for colours, patterns and shapes and enjoy exploring different ways in using this into my work. I enjoy experimenting with different mediums and styles to see where it ...

She is a top ranked traditional artist and is currently holding the #34 position.
