Artist Notes
During my morning walk on June 10, 2011 I came across a Little Blue Heron eating a snake. The snake was about three feet long. I watched as the Little Blue Heron slowly but surely ate the whole thing. Some time in early December I read about the Sick Contest we were going to be invited to participate in. I photograph strange things never knowing what I will use them for. On December 14, 2011 I was out for my morning walk and found this bird stuff that looked like it had a snake in it. Eureka I had the part I needed to enter the contest. I have merged two different photographs in Photoshop

Merged two different pictures in Photoshop. Corrected and enhanced the bottom photo to bring out the snake.

It is a wild life photographers paradise. There has never been a time John has gone looking for wild life that he has not had the opportunity to capture a new bird in pict ...
