Artist Notes
I took a ceramic course in the Community College I went to. I enjoyed creating odd things and doing portraits in clay. This one was done to imitate the faces found during the Roman rule. I also wrote cartoons and had them published and took archaeology there. My idea was to create an archaeological remnant of a time in the Past then to do something with it. I found just the thing. I hung it with a common house hold metal hanger and made a symbol of the art I was doing, which had nothing to do with representational work any longer. I called it my Punk Art Piece.
