My daughter Fiona (the one of right of frame, wearing glasses) got married in January to our now daughter-in-law who is reading the vows. We travelled to New Zealand for the wedding, one Vicki is a New Zealander, two same sex marriage is legal there. While the debate still rages in Australia whether or not to legalise the girls have declared their commitment to one another and we feel blessed that they are so happy. Whether people agree or disagree one can only see the happiness glowing from this wonderful couple.


Oh and yes the Marriage Celebrant who officiated the wedding was expecting having only 2 weeks to go she was extremely pleased she made it to her last wedding prior to the birth.
