Along with daffodils and tulips the bleeding hearts are an extremely colorful and therefore welcome addition to the spring garden. After months of snow and cold, these adorable and picturesque little hearts bring humor, even irony, to anyone who pays attention to the momentous change in seasons. I just love it!!
