Artist Notes
I feel that it is very important for a person to find a peaceful way to exist away from the many stresses of life. I often find meditation to be a stress reliever. You can also find a peaceful existence by reading, exercising, traveling, resting, engaging in hobbies. I used the Paint program on my computer to create this artwork of the silhouette of a person meditating.
