Another shot from attending a local rodeo where I happened to catch this shot. A classic expression on the cowboy's face as he was going down with this beast. Everyone on here will have to forgive me as I am not very technically advanced(!) or knowledgeable - am working on it though! You will have already noted that I have a passion not only for photography but my children and Basset Hounds. I also have a deep love for horses and have been involved in that industry for longer than I care to remember.

I have held my Thoroughbred Race Horse License and (nothing against the sport) but I loved my animals too much and only had a few race horses to work with, so after a short stint in that field I decided to return to teaching, judging and showing.

I am now pursuing my love for photography and attend horse events and shows as well as covering Stud shoots within the equine industry. To view more of my work, you can visit my website, www.delsharlapetpawtraits.com
