Hi, I'm Sonja. I picked Picklepea09 as my name for my beloved cat Pickle that passed away in 2009 after having her for 17 years and still miss her so. I am new to photography but have always enjoyed taking pictures. I enjoy writing the artist notes and poety as well. I joined FAR in June 2011 and am very excited about all feedback I've received because it all helps me to grow to become better at what I love. I've been on FAR now for 1/2 a year and have loved every minute of it. I still don't know much about my camera (I just like taking photos and would rather learn that way then reading about it) but have met so many wonderful people here and all of you are so kind and helpful.
