Artist Notes
My Daddy says that Saturday mornings are for keeping the lawn in check.
I did do my best but it got cold out there after a few minutes...,
To get this angle of a tiny dog lying on the lawn I had to be lower than the lawn which took a bit of working out. Fortunately our driveway is excavated and lower than the lawn so I took Nina there for the shot. I do hope you enjoy this tiny doggie under the huge sky.,
F11, 1/125sec, ISO 100, 10-20mm @ 10mm, Handheld
Shot in RAW and processed, ND Grad applied to sky, Detail enhanced in lawn and sky, contrast lifted in sky.

Glass i
|
Glass i (Barry) started to fiddle with
photography in the early 80's.
Feverishly bought books & studied
photography to learn the ropes.
He worked in various capacities
in the South African film industry
for 8 years which brought opportunities
to practice photography (never as a
pro photographer though) He loves taking
any subject that catches his i and favours
nature, people & places.
And no he is not bonkers, his head shot was taken
at an African restaurant where part of the entertainment is letting an artist paint your face. He thought it was different and chose it for that reason.
He is a top ranked mixed media photographer and is currently at the #37 spot on this years rankings.
The winner of a photography contest. You can view his winning photograph here.
