On a summer afternoon in the land of blasting sun and blowing wind, someone holds his siesta. It is truly summer hence the ripe coconuts and the blooming Agave. He wears the traditional sombrero, poncho and white pans. Don�??t wonder about. It is really hot; but in the land of heat what is good against the cold protects as well against the burning sun. I tried to paint in the style of the country where I live, but somehow my personal style wiggled its way into the picture.

cleo85 is a 64 year old German married to an US citizen. Both were living by choice with a dog and four cats in the middle of tropical gardens on the Yucatan Peninsula [Mexican Caribbean] for the last 17 years. Now they are in San Antonio for medical reason. She has a degree in performing arts. Everything else including languages is self education. [She apologizes for any violation of the English, Spanish or any other language, because she is not formally educated in them.]
Photography and painting are a lifelong hobby and an addiction.
