It is that time of year where you see a lot of red, white, and blue in the stores, around people's houses, on mail boxes and in some cases on people's cars. If you look close you might even see a little red, white, and blue on some people's faces. Even many fireworks shows showcase the red, white, and blue colors. So I just played around with the colors to see if I could come up with a little different take on those three colors. So this is just my salute to the good old red, white, and blue. Hope everyone has a great 4th. Done using Paint Shop Pro X4.

Anne

Anne is a retired school administrator. She worked with children of all ages and spent her last two years as an administrator in an alternative school with children who had behavior, attendance, or academic problems. These were two wonderful and challenging years.

Anne seldom takes pictures but loves to when she travels. She would like to have a really good camera to be able to improve the quality of her photographs.

She likes to work with watercolors and paints landscapes, animals, and old buildings as a general rule. Watercolors makes her take her time since they can't be rushed.

Her husband, son, horses, dogs, and all of God's wonderful world are special to her. Now that her health is better, she is able to enjoy her world more than ever.

Be the best that you can be. If at first you don't succeed, try, try again.
