Artist Notes
I came across this awesome jade mask in an old National Geographic magazine. Painting it over clay tiles the pattern of layers is reflected in the mask's own setting of stones. Shadows in the eyes give it a far away look that speak of ancient times. A handsome duo of past and present.

I am a Primative artist, that is, very little formal art education. I paint and draw from what I know from within. I raised 5 children and am a grandmother of 10. Some of them are quite good artists. My intent is to illuminate understanding of Universes. Visit my websites for more insights of me. ladybytheseastudio.com and googlephantrus.com.
