My son-in-law was playing in the preliminary finals for his baseball team Glenelg Tigers so we went along to support him and he asked if I could get some photos of the action. Not being a big sports fan I went under sufferance - least you can do for family. Hot day 36C (why do you want to stand hitting a ball and running around in that weather is beyond me). We found a shady spot under the trees, put down our low chairs (so as not to interfere with other spectators) and made ourselves as comfortable as possible. Moved off the chair to get some photos - hubby moved to get another drink - quick as a flash the boys sat down and decided to watch the ants escaping from the heat rather than the baseball. I like the natural look of this photograph so I have not changed anything and realise I could probably have framed it better not chopping off Jakes hat but as you know sometimes you just have to grab the moment.
