You might not think of this as a macro shot, but the clock you see in this image is actually quite small. My husband has a pocket watch you can open to see both sides, and I almost find the clock work at the back more interesting. I would say that what you are seeing is about four times bigger than in real life. Just natural light in the room was used, and a tripod.
