The footbridge crossing the River Torrens newly opened has provided a different viewpoint as one wanders across to the Adelaide Oval. The River Torrens is not a huge waterway but certainly a beautiful one which provides walking and cycling tracks along the side and paddle boats and the iconic Popeye which takes tourists up the river to the zoo. Looking out over the river towards the older bridge I realise how lucky I am to live in such a diverse city.
