Artist Notes
I like using blues in a painting, or drawing, and love the rich vibrancy I get when I place local colors take to one another. In Blue Creek, which is the fourth painting of four I did for a story I wrote. It was done outside in the late evening. The affects I got where excellent in this painting, and I felt it was one of my best accomplishments in the whole series. The color is a little brighter than it actually is in the orginial painting, because I used photoshop to resize the image, and adjusted the brightness, as well as the contrast.
