The otters were running around their enclosure and putting on a lovely display for there audience - one little boy nearby asked his mommy why they weren't swimming and she suggested it was too cold for the water and I must admit they were mainly staying clear only popping their front claws in a couple of times then racing around again These otters are Oriental small-clawed Otters.
