This Cormorant was at the wildlife refuge I frequent. there were quite a few there on the day I visited. Some have a hard time walking. but they still find the time to build nests and dream of raising a family in the wild. Will they? Not sure. But they do release when they are healed. Nikon D7000; all manual settings
