We went for a walk along Second Creek Walking Trail yesterday and found a section that used to be a private botanical garden established in the late 1800's planting a lot of exotic plants amongst the native red river gums. The stonework step waterfalls was built in an endeavour to stop erosion of the fast flowing creek. however in recent times more environmentally rock ramps have been placed along areas of the creek.
