Adelaide is surrounded by parks and gardens and this one is on the southern side of the city. It unfortunately has a bad reputation due to its fairly isolated location a lot of homeless and indigenous people have taken over sections and unfortuanately they spend a lot of their day drinking and creating mayhem for visitors. A no alcohol law has just been passed to try and solve the problem but most realise that it just moves them to other areas rather than trying to sort out assistance to break the problems causing the drinking in the first place.
