On the way to Carrickalinga for a family weekend we passed the NanHui Pu Tuo temple which is being built overlooking the beautiful beaches of Adelaide. The Goddess of Mercy stands extremely tall and as we drove to the hospital to check out if my foot was broken (fortunately not) after a fall down the stairs of our holiday house, we passed the Goddess lit up by the lights looking like a beautiful beacon. Unfortunately wasn't in any position to stop and take photos of that sight :)
