The Serval kitten was born in April and this was the first time I managed to get a glimpse as it came out into the public viewing area with Mom and Dad carefully watching. Native to the savannahs of Africa, Servals are protected in many countries as their numbers have dwindled due to habitat destruction and fur hunting.
