I just adore pansies. Pansies are tough. One little one easily can grow and pop up a sidewalk crevice. However they are fragile too for you never see them in a bouquet. Pansy petals may be eaten or made into a tea. It is said to taste like wintergreen. The Native American Indians would dip these beautiful flowers in egg, then corn meal and deep fried. In literature it is known to represent Love. Pansies are Awesome!
