Colourful Attire Contest Entry

This shot was taken at the famous Fiesta of San Antonio, Texas, which is celebrated in April of each Year.
The Fiesta is attended by locals and tourists, but many of the locals were costume. The cloth might be store bought, but the hat or hairdo has to be self-decorated.
