Little But BIG Photography (a) Contest Entry 
I believe this is a member of the Scarab Beetle order, hence the beautiful metallic shining wings. If you reviewer could narrow the species down, I will be thankful for any information. The insect is relatively small, less than ΒΌ inch. The peppermint jungle consists young peppermint plants; the kind we put in fresh salads or dry for tea.
