Flowers on the Tree Contest Entry

I'm not only fascinated with the green stamen that contrast with the red/pinkish petals of this dogwood tree, but the texture of the dark brown bark, is also a pleasant sight, hence, I captured this showing a part of it. I'm glad this contest came, too. It fits with my available image. A tree and its bloom. By the way, the week this was blooming, the wind had been a great obstacle. I have a hard time.
