Urban Art Contest Entry

This Mural is located at the Market Square in downtown San Antonio, Texas. I tried to find information about the artist who painted it. Unfortunately, there are none on the Internet. There is no plate our anything else which gives a hint either.
Please realize that there are no real people on the street. All people you see are part of the mural. The entire wall and parts of the walkway are painted.
