Here in California in Newport Beach, city lights become dock and boat lights. The town has a tradition ever year to go all out with dock and boat decorations. For 3 weeks every December residents with boats decorate and sail the harbor everynite. The city and businesses turn all city watts down to 75 percent to make the harbor glow bright.
