Well it is Apple time in the Orchard!! At about the same time all my flowers are done for the season the Apple Trees swing into high gear at my place. I have a dozen or so Apple Trees- all different varieties scattered around my flower beds. In fact, several beds are built right around an Apple Tree.

Six of those trees are grouped together in a small Orchard. Have photographed them in every season....but especially enjoy the images that include the bright red apples seen in this image. These are wonderful eating apples....not quite tart enough for Apple Pie.

Took this photo this morning.....(slightly overcast)...standing on the ground looking up. Set up my ladder and picked a bagful. Almost nothing better than one of these Apples w/ a thick slice of Vermont Cheddar Cheese!
