The painting is product of my imagination. I was inspired by the illustrations in an old children book and an old calendar.

Reference: Heidi by Johanna Spyri, translated by Helen B. Doyle, Illustrated by William Sharp. Published by Grosset & Dunlap, Inc. 1945.

I only own some thorn parts of the calendar which I bought at a yard sale. I do not know the age of the calendar, neither who the illustrator was and where it was printed.
