Dog and Puppy Photo Contest Contest Entry

This is Ellie when she was a puppy. I used to visit her Monday through Friday to give her a walk and have some playtime in her yard.

Cocker Spaniels are very playful and have a sweet temperament. They are known to be a sensitive dog, mentally and physically. They are considered to have a "soft" personality and do not respond well to harsh treatment, sometimes turning to growling or snapping when in pain or afraid.

Ellie was always a sweetie. This was taken while we were playing with her favorite toy, Ellie-phant.
