Black and White Photo Contest Contest Entry

Another of my photos taken during a winter warm up and producing an unusual fog over our nearby river. The very next day all of the ice produced an Ice Jam that flooded part of our town. Fortunately the flooding was not major but it left huge boulder sized ice on the streets. It was historic because the last time my town suffered a winter flood due to ice was in 1904.
