Who can deny the beauty of fall in New England? Certainly not I. While visiting Moose Hill, an Audubon Protected Sanctuary in Sharon, MA, I made a couple of stops along the way to admire the countryside. Something about this farmland and that piece of machinery drew my attention. The leaves had started to change color and even though this scene was a bit stark, that piece of machinery, standing out there by itself, seemed a bit lonely to me. I stood there, against my car shooting for a while, trying to figure out what it was, and then curiosity got the best of me and I crossed the street to get a closer look. It was a machine that provided water to the crops. Suddenly, it didn't seem so lonely, it was paramount to the survival of the crops!
