February is always a crazy month here where I live. Never know if we're going to get slammed w/ snow or if the temperature will rise unseasonably. It's done BOTH this week.

The sky often gets this most lovely peachy gold glow before a snowstorm.... not after one. Yet this morning when I was outside shoveling the front steps I could see that golden color in the sky just past my garden beds. It was so beautiful behind all the trees absolutely blanketed in fresh snow that I walked down w/ my camera.

That's my driveway snaking along the middle. Wanted to get this photo before the snowplow came in. Honestly, I have had enough w/ winter this year..... but just couldn't pass up capturing the peaceful beauty you see in this image.
