February 2018 Collage Challenge Contest Entry
Chameleons are a distinctive and highly splecialized clad of Old World lizards with over 202 species. These photos are of the veiled chameleon. The top and middle rows were taken at a local reptile store. The bottom row is of my chameleon named Jeep. He is a funny little guy. We named him Jeep because when he walks all 4 limbs move independent of each other. He has a grand appetite. He goes through about 100 to 125 small crickets a week. Once I fed him in my daughters room. I became distracted and accidentally left the lid on the cricket feeder open. To this day I have not lived it down. We had 80 plus crickets on the loose for months. These were taken Feb 25, 2018
