The original was a photograph which I had taken in my club of a bunch of wonderful looking roses of all colours.
Using the filters in the Photoshop I first distorted the photo with polar coordinates. Then I applied artistic paint daubs and poster edges.I strengthened the colours. After this process I used the radial Blur to give the picture a dreamlike quality. I used soft blur in selected areas. Thereafter I resized the image to FAR requirements.
