This is one of the shack houses in the original village in Ninilchick, this was originally colonized by the Russian fur traders in 1820 until the United States purchased Alaska in 1867 , it is now considered an Alaska Native Village. I love to look at old buildings and this one caught my eye as I walked through this village last summer.
