This is a young immature cow Bison for whom nature has been less than benevolent. But Bisons being Bisons didn't seem to notice or care. I saw a couple others in the herd that had the same horn configuration. I was told by the owner of the herd that because of the inbreeding with domestic cattle these phenomena and other similar disfigurations are common. All for low fat/low cholesterol red meat.
